Nursing Homes to Improve the Quality of Service Research and Development for the Self-checking Management Measures

Abstract
In this study, care facilities for the nursing homes to improve the quality of service manager for developing a Self-checking Management Measures is an object of the present invention. Existing nursing homes SERVQUAL model of service quality research is limited. The borrower to discuss the factors and education professionals to recognize the problem and stakeholder feedback from nursing homes. To have its own baseline for quality management was carried out as part of the development. The results are as follows. first, the data collected through a survey of the target by conducting exploratory factor analysis factor structure of 10 developed. Second, exploratory factor analysis confirmed the factor structure in order to ensure the validity of all factors identified target analysis of factors significant results of the fit of the model was verified. Third, check the fit of the model to determine the validity and convergent validity was verified. Validation results confidence factor construct reliability(CR) values and two standard-error interval estimate range of 10 nursing homes quality management measures between the variables likely to take advantage of convergent and discriminant. As a result, nursing homes tested in this study for improving the quality of service as a Self-checking Management Measures can significantly improve the utilization of the measurement tool has been demonstrated empirically.
